Tim Be Told Concert!
Tim Be Told is a Contemporary Christian music group that originated in Charlottesville, VA. A group comprised mostly of young Asian-Americans, their musical style incorporates elements of soul, pop, rock, gospel and blues. Their name was derived from the term "truth be told", where honesty is one of the band's focuses. Their goal within the music industry is promote the themes of honesty, hope, redemption, and change. In 2008, they were able to successfully win the University of Virginia's "Battle of the Bands" competition. The band’s music quickly spread through college campuses all over the U.S. and online, and since then they have been featured in numerous magazines and news outlets, such as the Gospel Music Channel, who used the video for their weekly feature. Their third album, Humanity, was released early last year in 2011. Currently on tour all over the U.S., they will be playing at North Shore Chinese Christian Church for one night only!
